I verify insurance eligibility and authorization requirements through PEAR, Navinet, Passport, and other insurance portals. I also communicate with health care professionals to obtain scripts, referrals, and clinical information for prior authorizations.
At NEXT SALON PLUS, I greeted guests, checked them in, and helped them connect with their stylists. I also booked appointments and handled customer calls.
At NEXT SALON PLUS, I supervised the front end, inventoried the sales area, and coordinated employee schedules. Earlier, at royal hair, I scheduled appointments, processed payments, and provided shampooing and head massages.
