At Strategy in Action, I own the Learn & Adapt workflow of a strategy execution platform, covering progress reporting, execution monitoring, review cycles, and continuous improvement. I lead a cross-functional squad from discovery through delivery and partner with the Head of Product on platform vision and prioritisation.
Through interface simplification and clearer workflow design, I increased average active users per client account from about five to about 15. I also contributed to doubling product ARR year-on-year and shipped more than 60 incremental features over 18 months, using build-measure-learn loops to validate ideas quickly.
Before moving into product, I was a Strategy Management Consultant at 3HORIZONS, advising senior executives on strategy formulation and execution and facilitating quarterly reviews. That experience also made me a structured feedback channel between consulting operations and the product team, informing the platform rebuild.
