I work at the intersection of business development and product support, with a track record in client management, requirement gathering, and identifying growth opportunities on one side, and leading technical support operations on the other. I currently lead product support for ReturnPro's Returns SaaS Platform, helping B2B vendors and retailers in the reverse logistics space investigate and resolve technical issues, adopt the platform effectively, and get problems in front of the right people, fast. What drives how I do both is simple: I believe trust is built in the unglamorous, unwatched moments, keeping a promise to a client when it would be easier not to, training someone properly when it would be easier not to, writing documentation honestly with precision when it would cost me less time not to.

I've carried that standard across very different roles. In business development, it meant building outbound systems in various CRMs and Sales Navigator, generating business through Upwork, and working directly with founders to shape go-to-market strategy across companies in Pakistan, the UAE, Canada, and the US, always with the same rule: don't promise what you can't deliver, but make sure you deliver what you have promised. Now at ReturnPro, a reverse logistics company helping retailers, brands, and marketplace sellers solve returns, that same standard shows up in how I lead support.

Concretely: I diagnose technical issues that B2B vendors and retailers run into, investigate root causes when something isn't working as expected, and coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams to get issues actually resolved. I build and maintain the products' knowledge base, write the procedures my team follows when new problems come up, and train new hires so quality isn't left on chance; it's by design.
