What I'm looking for

I seek remote roles where I can optimize CRM workflows, support operational and technical processes, and enhance customer experience, while building my IT and programming skills and contributing to efficient, structured systems.

I’m a Sales Development Representative with a background in customer operations, CRM systems, and technical support, currently working in a client-facing SDR role where I support outreach execution, lead handling, verification, follow-ups, and CRM management.

Alongside sales support responsibilities, I’ve worked on a freelance and contract basis supporting businesses with GoHighLevel CRM setup, workflows, pipelines, forms, automations, and system troubleshooting. My experience is centered on maintaining structured systems, clean data, and reliable operational processes.

Earlier in my career, I developed strong fundamentals in customer service and quality assurance, working across multiple high-volume campaigns and later being promoted to Assistant Supervisor. This experience strengthened my ability to work under pressure, follow compliance standards, and support both customers and internal teams effectively.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, building a stronger foundation in systems, programming concepts, and business technology, with a long-term focus on IT-driven roles that combine technical understanding with real-world operational experience.
