I founded Zazi & Partners, a digital-first organisational advisory and capability business, where I design diagnostic journeys, manager frameworks, knowledge systems, and AI-enabled workflows that turn organisational insight into practical action.
Across Network International, LexisNexis, and Sanofi Aventis, I’ve led talent, learning, organisational development, employee experience, and transformation work across more than six African markets. My work has helped increase commercial performance from 5% to 11%, move B-BBEE performance from Level 5 to Level 1, and build early-career pathways converting up to 80% of participants into permanent employment.
