What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer success or administrative role where I can support customer relationships, onboarding, retention, and account growth, while contributing to high-quality service and business targets.

At Lexi Nexis, I managed customer accounts and maintained client relationships, supporting onboarding, training, and product adoption.

I monitored customer satisfaction and account performance, resolved escalated complaints, and recommended solutions based on customer needs.
