Recruited to a 3-person team overseeing SGWS' $1.5B Project Lumina under Vision 2030; instrumental in growing subsidiary Ankaa Global Logistics into a recognized leader in the 3PL space. Chaired biweekly executive stakeholder meetings and sold and signed 40+ commercial partners for storage and logistics activities.

Improved core supplier KPIs — Forecast Accuracy and Customer Fill Rate — by an average of 3% nationally through collaborative, data-driven solutions. Managed daily coordination and performance of assigned supplier initiatives, including forecasts, inventory, POs, and contractual compliance.

Grew volume and revenue across 14 supplier accounts at an average 10% rate — youngest member of the Trade Development division in over 5 years. Co-built the CBD category and established the SGWS Texas portfolio as one of three members on the SG Ventures team.

Reversed a 4% territory loss into a 3% gain across 70+ accounts. Grew top-5 supplier portfolio by an average of 23%.

Grew total revenue and volume in McKinney/Allen territory by 12% and 7%, respectively; expanded key supplier points of distribution by 20%. Brought on 5 previously unpurchased accounts; grew Henderson territory business by 4%.
