At Abbott, I delivered $13M in savings through the successful execution of the 2025 Air Freight RFQ, earning the 2025 Abbott Divisional Vice President Award. I also managed a $70M annual logistics budget supporting manufacturing and distribution sites in the U.S., Singapore, and Germany.
I established supplier SOPs with Supplier Quality and Technical teams that eliminated temperature excursions on Malaysia shipments and improved compliance from 13 failures for every 15 shipments to zero. I also developed supplier KPIs and corrective action plans that improved air transit performance from 84% to 95% within 12 months.
At Sygma, I led a networkwide application rollout that generated $9M in savings across 16 sites. I collaborated with analytics teams to develop Tableau performance dashboards and led launch activities for a new Virginia facility.
At Target Distribution Center, I led implementation of FourKites YMS and achieved 99% trailer accuracy. Earlier, I directed a packing-department Kaizen event that increased productivity from 14 to 26 units per hour, and at Aldi Distribution Center I directed the implementation of VoCollect, increasing productivity by 33%.
