What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand patient access to potentially life-saving care by improving clinical service operations, diagnostic testing support, data quality, and collaboration across healthcare teams.

At Adaptive Biotechnologies, I support patient access to clonoSEQ diagnostic testing, helping approximately 30,000 patients while serving as the primary Clinical Services contact for the Southeast Region.

I've participated in more than 10 system-wide software deployments, troubleshoot errors, identify customer trends, and partner cross-functionally to improve standard operating procedures. I communicate daily with providers, clinic staff, and patients while maintaining HIPAA and PHI compliance.

Previously, I documented orthopedic and neurosurgery clinic visits at ScribeAmerica and trained scribes across multiple specialties. My background in biology, full-stack development, SQL, MongoDB, and JavaScript helps me bring both clinical and technical perspective to patient care operations.
