I’m looking for a leadership role in talent acquisition where I can drive full-cycle recruiting with KPI analytics, improve recruiting operations and time-to-fill, partner with executives on workforce planning, and build high-performing recruiting teams.

I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition and Operations Leader with 15+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and talent strategy in high-performance, metrics-driven environments. I’m trusted to build recruiting pipelines, run KPI measurement, and align hiring outcomes with organizational goals.

In my current role as Recruiting Station Officer in Charge (Talent Acquisition Leader) for the United States Navy, I lead end-to-end recruiting strategy—sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination—across a multi-region organization. I manage pipeline visibility and performance tracking using Salesforce CRM and KPI dashboards, then use funnel metrics to reduce inefficiencies and improve conversion and hiring outcomes.

I focus heavily on recruiting operations and continuous process improvement. I coach and develop recruiting personnel to raise productivity and performance, and I conduct structured behavioral interviews to ensure strong role alignment and organizational fit. I also partner with senior leadership to keep workforce planning and hiring strategies synchronized with organizational objectives.

Earlier in my career, I led workforce management, training operations, and personnel readiness for teams of up to 150 in the United States Army. I also built and operated a client-based fitness business focused on sales, marketing, and performance coaching—strengthening my ability to create scalable acquisition systems and drive measurable performance.
