At CommandTec LLC, I support systems administration in a DoD medical environment, resolving complex server, network, and endpoint issues. I manage Active Directory and Group Policy Objects, and deploy software and security patches through MECM.
I also administer print and load-balanced servers integrated with MHS Genesis and Olympus. I map SQL database connections for infrastructure audits and document support resolutions in ServiceNow.
Previously, I provided Tier I–II help desk support at Aleknagik LLC and maintained tactical voice and data communications with the U.S. Army. I hold CompTIA Network+, Security+, Linux+, PenTest+, A+, and ITF+ certifications.
