At Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, I implemented the Asset Management module, processes, and procedures, and brought stores, testing, and deployment of IT and clinical assets into full operation and integration.
At IBM, I worked in IT asset management for customers in South Africa, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. I reviewed hardware and software maintenance and licenses as a cost-saving exercise when assets became redundant, and I never failed an annual IBM audit review.
Earlier, I trained new and illiterate users to operate computers and Microsoft Office in a classroom setting. I’ve also provided hardware and software support as a freelancer, and completed a 160-hour Premier Plus TEFL course in September 2026. I’m interested in using my training experience to support English students remotely.
