I'm a Head of People and Talent Acquisition leader with 15+ years of experience building People functions from scratch at VC-backed and PE-backed SaaS and tech companies. I've been the founding People leader three times over — at a VC-backed Series B SaaS company, a VC-backed Series D health tech startup, and across a PE-backed software portfolio. Each time, I walked in with a blank page and left with a scalable people infrastructure, a stronger leadership team, and a culture people actually felt.
My career started in Talent Acquisition, where I was the company's first impression — the first voice a candidate heard, and the person responsible for making them feel seen before they ever signed an offer letter. That foundation shaped everything. I've never forgotten that the employee experience begins long before day one.
My sweet spot is the 20 to 100 person inflection point in SaaS: the moment growth outpaces the systems holding it together. I specialize in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and HR business partnering that scales with the business. I'm also a deeply empathetic executive coach — working with first-time managers, senior leaders navigating reorgs, and founders learning to lead at the next level. I believe change management in high-growth SaaS isn't a project. It's a practice. One built on clear communication, genuine care, and the courage to name what's hard.
I hold my SHRM-CP and HRCI certifications and bring deep experience in employment law, compensation strategy, people analytics, HRIS implementation, and employee relations across remote-first, globally distributed teams.
Outside of work I'm a mom, a volunteer, a TEDx speaker, and someone who believes that when women lead, everyone wins.
