I’m an operations-focused professional with training and experience across consumer lending, branch operations, and front-office environments. I bring a people-first approach—whether supporting customers through the full consumer lending process or leading shifts to keep service efficient.
In my role as an Assistant Branch Manager at Republic Finance, I supported customers through application review, loan closing, funding, insurance products, and account servicing. I helped drive performance by generating $72,187 in new money and $150,973 in financed volume in a single performance month, while closing 18 of 25 funded loans and maintaining compliance with lending regulations and documentation standards.
I also developed a strong operational foundation during my time as a Business Operations Intern, completing accelerated training in consumer lending, branch operations, compliance requirements, and company procedures.
