I'm looking for remote or hybrid opportunities leading healthcare IT implementations, EHR optimization, clinical workflow improvement, and cross-functional operational change.

At Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, I lead enterprise EHR upgrades and optimization initiatives, translating clinical workflows into scalable system solutions that support adoption, compliance, and operational efficiency.

I've managed concurrent IT initiatives across design, testing, training, and go-live, partnering with analysts, technical teams, vendors, and clinical stakeholders. Previously, I managed a 30+ member float pool across multiple sites, developed staffing strategies that maintained approximately 80% LOA coverage, and helped reduce reliance on external resources.
