What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own enterprise customer relationships while solving complex platform, API, integration, and production challenges alongside Support, Product, and Engineering teams.

At Pantheon, I manage strategic enterprise relationships across a $9M ARR portfolio of 75–120 accounts, serving as a technical advisor on adoption, platform health, renewals, risk, and escalations.

I troubleshoot complex WordPress and Drupal production issues spanning REST APIs, integrations, MySQL, Git, caching, CDN behavior, DNS, performance, security, and infrastructure. I coordinate customers, Support, Engineering, Product, and Professional Services through high-priority resolutions.

I helped stabilize and retain million-dollar relationships with the University of Michigan and UNC, influenced a $650K renewal, and expanded Pantheon adoption to roughly 80% of the University of Alabama campus. I also partnered on a proprietary tunneling solution for a major university’s networking and security constraints.

Before Pantheon, I led web development, technical delivery, and customer projects across WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, Webflow, and headless architectures. I bring more than 20 years of web technology experience, combining hands-on development with clear communication for technical and executive stakeholders.
