What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and mentor engineering teams in a fast-moving product environment—designing scalable APIs, HIPAA-ready cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation so we ship reliable software with real efficiency gains.

I’m a strategic, hands-on engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience and a strong start-up mentality. I’ve led the ground-up development of two distinct start-up applications, and I bring a “wear multiple hats” approach to establish operational standards while mentoring developers.

In my current and most recent roles, I architect scalable RESTful APIs and help drive reliable web and mobile platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL. I also build HIPAA compliant AWS infrastructure, develop CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket and AWS tooling, and ship projects that balance performance, security, and maintainability.

I enjoy strengthening product presence through custom WordPress and e-commerce solutions—developing marketing sites that support hearing aid and wellness brand growth and lead generation. Earlier in my career, I built and maintained CMS and fundraising web properties, and even contributed to redesigns and email templating, consistently focusing on functionality, manageability, and user experience.
