As Operations Manager at Iron Factory Gym, I oversee daily operations of a high-volume fitness facility. I recruit, train, and develop employees, serve as a primary point of contact for operational guidance and problem resolution, and manage member relations tied to memberships, billing, contracts, and gym policies.

I also strengthen operational performance through process improvement, financial administration, and accurate inventory control. I process vendor invoices and coordinate payments for maintenance and contracted services, manage supplement inventory and ordering, and support marketing initiatives including social media management, fundraising events, and community engagement.

My healthcare background as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) strengthened my attention to compliance, safety, and quality of care. I served as a Preceptor—training and mentoring newly hired dialysis technicians and nurses—while preparing treatment stations in line with infection control and maintaining treatment documentation in adherence to company, state, and federal regulations.
