What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support mission-driven programs through participant services, operations coordination, data tracking, compliance support, and clear client communication.

At Columbus Urban League, I coordinate end-to-end participant administration for Journey to Wealth, supporting intake, documentation, workshop attendance, counseling referrals, and post-program follow-up.

I maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and shared files that monitor enrollment, document completion, savings-match eligibility, and client outcomes. My work supports a program that exceeded service goals by 200%, including 40+ participants who improved credit scores by at least 25 points and 30+ who saved $500 or more.

I've also managed confidential loan documentation at Huntington Bank, maintained HIPAA-protected client records at CompDrug, and organized legal records at Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP.
