What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue coordinating compliance-focused licensing programs, improving workflows with accurate databases, and partnering with boards, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced, organized environment.

I’m a detail-oriented Program Coordinator with 6+ years of experience managing high-volume administrative operations for licensing boards, including confidential records and process documentation. I focus on resolving complex requests, supporting compliance-driven workflows, and keeping fast-moving timelines on track.

In my current role at the Division of Occupational Licensure (Boston), I liaise between regulatory Boards, licensees, applicants, and the public—processing and reviewing applications, renewals, reinstatements, verifications, and licensing decisions made by the Board. I also draft Board meeting agendas, prepare packet materials, record notes for meeting minutes, and manage updates through eLicensing and eLIPSE database systems.

Previously, as an Office Support Specialist, I handled applicant and business license processing across Drinking Water, Sheet Metal, and Plumbing Boards, coordinated with exam vendors, and supported process improvements by documenting recurring issues and standardizing administrative workflows. Earlier, at the Department of Housing & Community Development, I supported approximately 350 active projects by processing invoices and performing data analysis with the Project Management Unit.
