At Decathlon Netherlands B.V., I lead the Circular Center, connecting sustainability with high-performance operations through automation, industrialised repair systems and scalable process design. I work with store, supply chain and engineering teams to improve repair, refurbishment and recycling flows.
As Ecommerce and Mechanization Deputy Director, I led large-scale e-commerce and logistics operations and contributed to the design, implementation and optimisation of automated warehouse systems. I also led a team of 150 people through operational transformation.
As Logistics Process Organizer, I supported automated warehouse setup and integration, including design and testing for Decathlon's largest robotization project with the Exotec solution. I worked in pre-production and production to test system functionality and make corrections to the system design.
Earlier, at Decathlon Sport Switzerland SA, I oversaw the setup of a new distribution center and opened a 4PL warehouse with SOP standards. At Decathlon Hungary, I managed and developed a logistics team while overseeing stock, costs and logistics performance.
