I am seeking a senior esports role where I can lead team performance, develop talent, manage partnerships, and grow programs in a collaborative, growth-focused organization.

I am an experienced esports team manager with a strong track record leading teams at EVOS Esports and DOMINATOR ESPORTS, focused on player development and competitive performance.

I design training programs, manage schedules and budgets, and lead talent identification and recruitment both nationally and internationally. I have managed large programs such as EVOS ACADEMY and EVOS U-16 with extensive participant registration.

My work spans partnerships and public relations with media, sponsors, government, and event organizers; I negotiate event participation, coordinate logistics, and promote organizational reputation to attract talent.
