I am a digital business management student with hands-on experience building and managing competitive esports teams and events. I combine operational discipline with creative design skills to deliver polished tournaments and team brands.

As founder and team manager of 1z Esports I managed 4–5 competitive teams, led recruitment and performance monitoring, and organized multiple tournaments including Indonesia’s first Valorant tournament. I have represented Indonesia internationally as a national esports athlete with PERBASI Esports.

My strengths include esports operations, tournament organization, social media management, and content production, supported by practical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sony Vegas Pro, and Canva. I have experience coordinating remote players, staff, moderators, and external partners.

I am detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute in a remote role where I can gain experience and continue developing professionally in esports operations, event production, and digital brand development.
