What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow my hands-on software engineering experience while building, testing, and supporting reliable integrations, automation workflows, and enterprise applications.

I've supported enterprise integrations at Triumph, Huntington National Bank, and Uniphore Technologies, troubleshooting API, data, configuration, and production issues across fintech, banking, and conversational AI environments.

At Huntington National Bank, I designed 21 automation workflows across 300+ customer profiles and built a multi-stage migration tracking solution adopted as the primary enterprise conversion management tool. I also diagnosed REST API payload, authentication, JSON schema, and endpoint validation issues across QA and production.

At Uniphore, I developed JavaScript REST API integrations, delivered 10+ IVR applications and a chatbot, and executed 100+ end-to-end tests. My work reduced manual processing by 30%, production defects by 20%, and technical escalations by 40% while I continue expanding my software engineering skills through an accelerated B.S. to M.S. program.
