I've built Python API integrations and automated ETL pipelines for OpenVPN, synchronizing Salesforce, HubSpot, and Atlassian through REST APIs and webhooks.

At Equus Software, I designed and deployed Atlassian Commander, an open-source Python application using the Jira REST API v3 to automate platform operations and data retrieval. I also built production integrations with the ChatGPT API and Zapier, using AI-driven data transformation to eliminate repetitive administrative work.

I architect reliable processing systems with HTTP connection pooling, retry/backoff logic, multi-threaded workers, structured JSON backups, and scheduled ETL workflows. My cloud work includes configuring, auditing, and maintaining AWS and Azure resources while creating runbooks that support high availability.

I translate business requirements into scalable integration workflows and bring a foundation in technical triage, incident documentation, software development, and cloud-connected application development.
