I developed reporting across SQL stored procedures, APIs, and Vue-based internal interfaces, giving teams visibility into customer activity, onboarding workflows, completion, and billing-related data. I also modernized a legacy email engine into a .NET 8 Azure Functions service with SendGrid and customer-facing delivery logging.
My work spans C#, .NET, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, SQL, Azure, and Ruby-based connector development. I've delivered reusable Form I-9 integrations adopted by enterprise clients and led technical planning for new provider integrations.
Before engineering, I owned technical delivery for ATS and HRIS integrations across 25+ client organizations, supported SSO and SAML workflows, and mentored six support engineers. I bring customer implementation and production troubleshooting experience to the software I build.
