I’m a reliable, detail-oriented team lead with 8+ years of experience in customer service, operations, and shift-level leadership across food service, retail, and warehouse environments. I’m trusted early with supervisory responsibilities, including running shifts independently, coordinating staff, and maintaining operational standards.
In my current role, I routinely run shifts, coordinate staff positions, maintain service flow, and handle customer escalations. I also manage cash control and operational decision-making, while supporting training of newer team members during active service periods—especially during peak hours with minimal supervision.
Previously, I led daily store operations with opening/closing procedures and supervised teams across drive-thru, prep, fryer, grill, and assembly. I’ve managed workflow, resolved customer issues, and stepped in as the shift manager in function despite title timing, ensuring consistent standards from start to finish.
