What I'm looking for

Seeking a fully remote role with an international company in Operations, Vendor Management, Procurement, Project Coordination, Travel Operations, or Executive Assistance. I’m looking for a long-term opportunity where I can work independently, take ownership, solve problems, and contribute to a reliable, fast-moving team while continuing to grow professionally.

At Five Pillar Experiences, I manage accommodation, transportation, and travel-experience bookings for client programs across Bali. I coordinate confirmations, schedules, special requests, vendor communications, and operational data to keep travel arrangements accurate and on time.

I've built a network of 90+ accommodation vendors and negotiated competitive rates and favorable terms across hotels, resorts, villas, transportation, experiences, and event needs. I also coordinated an 11-day Bali travel program and a local MotoGP workshop event in Lombok, ensuring operations ran smoothly and safely.

Previously, at Sinarmas, I coordinated insurance providers, quotations, policy renewals, documentation, and transportation-vendor requirements. I'm now looking to bring my travel operations and administrative coordination experience to a Reservation Agent role.
