Manage daily operations of a high-volume convenience store and deli serving 500–700+ customers per day and selling 1,300–2,000 gallons of fuel daily. Serve as primary point of contact for POS configuration, fueling equipment troubleshooting, and vendor coordination, while maintaining pricebook and vendor invoice logs in PriScan.

Launched an in-store deli and sandwich program (breakfast and lunch) that became a key customer draw and managed scheduling, payroll, inventory control, merchandising, ordering, and training.

Started as a cashier and was promoted to store manager at a separate location within two months based on demonstrated proficiency and initiative. Covered daily store operations including POS operations, food preparation, customer service, and driving sales.
