What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced trading or fintech environment where I can support traders end-to-end—resolving escalations, upholding compliance, and improving workflows—while using my trading mechanics perspective to reduce friction and boost trader success.

I’m a results-driven customer support professional with deep expertise in prop trading firm operations and futures trading. Currently, I’m a funded trader with Topstep, so I understand trader needs, risk parameters, and evaluation mechanics from both sides of the process.

As a Customer Support Representative at PropShopTrader (PST), I provide frontline support to funded and evaluation-phase traders across multiple platforms. I assist with platform configuration and connections (including Rithmic) and third-party trading platform integrations, while resolving compliance flag inquiries, payout questions, and account rule clarifications.

Previously, as a Customer Support Manager at Easton Consulting Technologies, I led multi-platform support teams across large prop firms, coached performance using KPI tracking, and built structured ticketing workflows in Intercom. I also oversaw KYC and payout workflows to maintain regulatory compliance, and I partnered with compliance and trading teams to communicate policy updates while improving onboarding and issue resolution.
