Contribute to the development of a multistakeholder co-operative and serve on its Board of Directors with a focus on storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

Lead community engagement and public consultation for an emerging civic institution, designing workshops, stakeholder processes, and governance sessions. Built a reusable governance toolkit and coordinated communications across multiple stakeholders.

Led end-to-end development and delivery of a multidisciplinary AI performance project, coordinating creative, technical, legal, and production workstreams. Produced a public run of 443 live sessions and secured $52,000 in public funding.

Teach undergraduate and graduate curricula in ethnography, co-creation, product design, information design, data visualization, and motion design. Develop project briefs, collaborative working structures, and assessment rubrics for cohorts of ~30 students.

Synthesized qualitative research and comparative findings into reports and recommendations. Produced a short documentary and conducted interviews and international scans of co-operative economic and membership models.

Authored the winning proposal for a $1.5M public art commission for San José International Airport and managed end-to-end execution. Managed a global academic network and oversaw delivery of 18 international interactive installations.

Founded and led the DocuWork-In-Progress Lab, a peer-development program for emerging documentary makers. Designed and delivered 140 workshops annually and increased program reach by 35% through iterative curriculum improvements.
