I'm seeking an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or People & Culture role where I can apply my employee relations, employment legislation, investigations, and full employee-lifecycle experience.

At Citation Canada, I create HR compliance guides, training, templates, and practical employment-law guidance used by advisors serving 300+ employer clients nationwide.

Previously, I owned regional HR delivery for a 500-employee unionized organization at Cheshire Independent Living Services, covering recruitment, onboarding, benefits, absence, performance, grievances, investigations, and manager coaching. I redesigned onboarding for 200+ employees, improving new-hire retention by 18% year over year, and implemented a new ATS end to end.

I've also managed workers’ compensation claims across six jurisdictions, achieved a 70% success rate on contested-decision objections, and supported municipal recruitment, health and safety policy development, and HRIS records digitization.
