At New Era Technology, I grew the JFK / NTO program from ~$5M to $20M+ through scope additions and a direct relationship with the terminal. I’m the primary point of contact for NTO, Schneider Electric, and AECOM Tishman.

I manage concurrent infrastructure and network projects from presales and SOW definition through deployment and closeout. I translate client needs into technical requirements and delivery plans, and manage work against SLAs, schedules, and budgets.

My delivery work has included 6,400 Cisco IPT endpoints across 133 Pepsi locations, out-of-band management across 332 CSL Behring sites in 3 weeks, and a NetScout/Ixia refresh across 439 Kaiser Permanente sites. I also delivered or oversaw 30+ Johnson & Johnson network and voice projects.

At Aldridge Pite LLP, I owned requirements and delivery for an in-house enterprise CRM, from wireframes and functional scenarios through UAT, go-live, and training. I hold an Executive MBA from Wagner College.
