I’m a detail-oriented legal and administrative support specialist with experience supporting legal operations, case documentation, client communication, procurement administration, appeals processing, and confidential record management.
Currently as an Assistant Procurement Administrator at DASNY, I support procurement for professional services and construction-related contracts, including term procurements, awards, work orders, and amendments. I prepare, process, and review procurement materials while coordinating documentation review, approvals, postings, publications, submissions, and completion to maintain accuracy and compliance.
In prior roles, I reviewed external appeal applications as a Financial Services Reviewer, maintained accurate and secure records in compliance with HIPAA, and clarified documentation with applicants, medical providers, and health insurance companies. I’ve also worked as a Legal Secretary and SSD Paralegal—drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing electronic calendars and court deadline task lists, organizing case files, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients by phone, mail, and email—along with experience in claims/account review and quality-focused data entry using Excel.
