I’m looking for a compliance- and risk-focused role where I can use AI-assisted documentation to support ethical decision-making, improve processes, and help customers through sensitive finance and service workflows.

I’m a Business Administration professional focused on compliance, risk mitigation, and high-stakes decision-making. I bring a strong customer-first mindset and a clear commitment to ethical technology and responsible handling of sensitive data.

In my current Recovery Specialist role, I manage delinquent auto loan and lease accounts approved for repossession, coordinating voluntary, involuntary, and abandoned vehicle recoveries within strict legal sale deadlines. I lead loss mitigation and customer negotiation by researching account histories, proposing payment solutions, and escalating issues to prevent compliance violations and financial losses.

I consistently use AI tools to streamline documentation and support compliant communication workflows, including summarizing requirements across SCRA, FDCPA, and FCRA. I also maintain audit-ready records through high-accuracy account servicing operations, high-volume records processing, and careful monitoring of legal sale dates, condition reports, and discrepancies.

Before this, I developed operational leadership and compliance discipline as a Shift Manager/Barista (supervising 10–15 employees) and as a Pharmacy Technician/Store Associate, where I ensured adherence to HIPAA and OSHA while managing regulated documentation and customer needs. I’m energized by applying AI to real-world problems in finance, customer service, and public-facing environments, always with ethical decision-making at the center.
