I'm seeking a role where I can apply my organizational, technical, customer service, healthcare administration, and mental health support experience while continuing to grow professionally.

I'm currently processing and managing medical record requests at Insight Service Group, communicating with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers by phone and email.

I handle invoices, data entry, document markup, and records across multiple systems while bringing strong customer service and healthcare administration experience.
