What I'm looking for

I seek a client-focused administrative role in healthcare or community services where I can deliver compassionate support, coordinate care, and improve processes within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I’m an administrative professional with a heart for helping others and a talent for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

My background spans healthcare, mental health, business, and community programs, and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Social Work while holding an Associate of Social Sciences (GPA 3.8, Dean's List).

I have managed patient accounts for follow-up and resolution of issues, upkept patient records through electronic systems and physical files, and received the honor of being the only BHT to be approved to run group education for clients; I also assisted with piloting the Housing First program as a peer counselor.

I bring focus, empathy, and a drive to make things better for everyone involved, and I look for roles where organized, compassionate support and continuous process improvement are prioritized. I speak English fluently and have basic American Sign Language skills.
