What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my sales, customer service, inventory, vendor coordination, and operations experience while continuing to grow and contribute to an organized, collaborative team.

I've managed sales and operations at Farming Fungi LLC, supporting customer orders, mushroom inventory, vendor purchasing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.

I started as a packer and went on to build and manage mushroom processing and dehydrating operations, train dozens of team members, and work closely with packing and grow teams to fulfill orders.

I use QuickBooks, Excel, sales order tracking, and customer communication to keep accounts, inventory, payments, and vendor relationships organized. I've also created marketing materials, supported food shows, delivered products, and found practical ways to reduce operating costs.
