I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can apply my duty-manager leadership while growing in QA testing support with SQL—thriving in continuous improvement, clear communication, and problem-solving.

I’m a results-driven professional with a solid background in customer service, currently enhancing skills in QA testing support and SQL. I adapt quickly to new environments and processes, while staying committed to continuous improvement and high performance.

In my current role as DUTY MANAGER - SPORT LEADER SPECIALIST at Decathlon in Malta, I provide expert customer service across multiple communication channels and tailor advice to meet customers’ needs. I supervise and coordinate team operations, including staff training, shift scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution, while also managing inventory, stock control, equipment maintenance, and compliance with company procedures. I handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges to deliver effective solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction, and I oversee cash handling with daily cash reconciliations, register closures, and balance control.

Before that, at SHUFFLER in Malta, I supported live operations by shuffling and verifying card status, reporting damaged cards and observed irregularities, incidents, or risks to my direct manager. I bring strong leadership qualities, a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving ability, backed by foundational knowledge of management principles and operational workflows. My approach is proactivity with a patient and thoughtful attitude, with language skills in native Spanish and intermediate English (B2).
