What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product strategy and delivery in fintech/insurtech—especially AI-enabled mobile and cloud products. I want cross-functional teams, clear roadmaps, and strong metrics that prove impact.

I’m a Senior PM with 9+ years in fintech and insurtech, focused on making sure digital products get built and shipped on time. I coordinate across business units, engineering teams, and external vendors to keep delivery aligned with outcomes.

I’ve driven measurable growth across mobile and digital channels—scaling digital customers from 800K to 1.4M (+75%) and improving active user rate from 20% to 75%. I also doubled mobile app downloads (346K vs. 170K target, +104%) and grew MAU from 43K to 72K (+67%). I reduced proposal preparation time from 3 days to 2 hours by implementing Microsoft Copilot.

In my current work, I lead POC design and integration for Red Hat OpenShift and own the roadmap for a Microsoft Copilot-based AI product. I’ve also led observability and ITSM tool development, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering a €2M turnkey cybersecurity product on time and within budget, supported by PSPO I and PSM I certifications.
