I am a customer-service professional experienced in troubleshooting tax forms, performing electronic filing, resolving program-based issues, and working directly with client data. I carry myself professionally and communicate clearly under pressure.

At Sitel I troubleshot tax forms and calculations, completed electronic filing for fiduciary, individual, benefits-plan, partnership, and corporate tax forms, and assisted CPAs by analyzing inputs to reach accurate resolutions. I also resolved program errors and freezing issues while supporting clients.

I have hands-on quality-control and food-service experience—ensuring items are prepared and plated correctly, timed properly, and managing the cooks' line. I hold an associate degree and am currently enrolled in the Google Data Analytics certification to transition into more data-driven work.
