What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Technical Support Specialist or Help Desk role where I can use my troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service strengths—plus my cybersecurity training—to resolve issues efficiently and support secure, reliable operations.

I’m an IT Support and Cybersecurity professional with 15+ years of experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, operational leadership, training, and problem resolution. I combine hands-on support skills with security-focused thinking to address issues quickly and confidently.

Currently, I’m serving as a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern with LOG(N) Pacific, where I’m building experience in SIEM monitoring, threat detection, Linux administration, networking, and incident response. I participate in SOC training and cybersecurity simulations, monitor security events and logs, and document findings from structured investigation.

Previously, at Costco Wholesale, I supervised daily operations in a high-volume environment while leading technical support for customers and employees. I diagnosed hardware, software, and operational issues using root-cause analysis, trained and onboarded employees, and maintained documentation, inventory records, reporting processes, and compliance requirements.

I’ve completed the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate and Flatiron School Cybersecurity Program, and I’m working toward CompTIA Security+ and ISC2 (CC). I’m seeking a Technical Support Specialist or Help Desk opportunity where I can leverage my troubleshooting strengths, clear documentation, and cybersecurity knowledge to deliver exceptional support.
