I’m a billing and accounts receivable operations professional with hands-on experience across invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, HR administration, payroll support, and process improvement.
At Millwood Trucking, I manage end-to-end billing and AR across 50+ active customers and brokers, including invoicing, payment application, aging and collections, short-pay and discrepancy research, account reconciliation, and customer-specific billing requirements. I also built an integrated Excel-based trip, billing, and profitability workflow that increased processing capacity while reducing recurring billing errors to almost zero.
My role extends beyond AR into safety, DOT/FMCSA compliance, employee onboarding, driver qualification files, drug and alcohol program administration, payroll backup, permits, reporting, and operational problem-solving. Because I work in a small business environment, I’m used to owning processes from beginning to end rather than handling only one piece of them.
Earlier in my career, I managed office operations for Refrigerated Truck Service, primarily remotely, with responsibility for billing, payroll preparation, freight coordination, compliance documentation, and day-to-day administrative operations. My background also includes healthcare billing and administration, banking, and building spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting systems.
I’m strongest in roles where accuracy, follow-through, organization, analysis, and process ownership matter. I’m especially interested in remote opportunities in billing and AR operations, finance operations, receivables, business operations, compliance, HR operations, and related functions.
