Brahim El zzahali

At LOCAL BAZAR in Marrakech, I supported sales and assisted international visitors in a tourism hospitality setting. I helped customers with their needs and contributed to positive visitor experiences.

My work included direct guest interaction, customer assistance, and handling conflicts. I also supported sales in a fast-paced environment.

As a Building Cleaner in Alhociema, I maintained the cleanliness and functionality of offices, hospitals, and public institutions. My duties included cleaning floors, emptying trash, and checking security systems, locks, and windows.

I completed the ASU 150 Hour TESOL training at Arizona State University, including supervised teaching practice and classroom observation. I’m seeking a Front Office, Reception, or Guest Relations position in an international hotel.
