At Foundever, I handle complex escalated cases for the John Lewis & Partners UK account, taking them from investigation through resolution and communicating with UK customers in writing. I handle 40 cases per day at a 100% quality score.

I interpret retailer policies in ambiguous situations, coordinate with other teams, and support colleagues with workload coordination during Black Friday and Christmas peaks. I also use Claude and prompt workflows to draft, check, and standardize case responses.

My earlier experience includes an electrical technician internship at NOMAC’s Noor Ouarzazate Solar Complex and assisting with residential solar installations at SEIPIA. I bring C1 English, an engineering background, and experience with remote, written-first support and strict SLA environments.
