I am a Technical Support Engineer with experience building reusable solutions, performing Cloud Ops DBA tasks, and resolving complex customer issues. I have a strong foundation in Linux, PostgreSQL, and data analysis, and I proactively create documentation and automation to reduce repeat incidents.
I have monitored enterprise services using AppDynamics, Nagios, and OpsGenie, triaged tickets in Jira, and deployed software updates and SQL reports. I configure Intercom to automate responses and use Postman to streamline data retrieval for brand and advertiser datasets. I also maintain Linux servers and support Windows and enterprise applications.
I am seeking new challenges where I can further develop my cloud database and systems expertise within a collaborative, process-driven team.
