At Metro Trains Melbourne, I helped architect and build an enterprise Snowflake platform supporting more than 50 source systems and 4,000+ reports. I personally built its metadata-driven ingestion framework, replicating SQL Server tables at 1.5 billion rows a day.
I also built a COO-sponsored network disruption monitoring solution with two heads of department, delivering Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for the operations room. I co-led the migration of an approximately 1,000-table warehouse from SQL Server to Snowflake, completed a month ahead of schedule with zero business disruption.
At ASOS, I enhanced Azure Data Factory and Synapse pipelines and maintained the SQL Server warehouse. I also co-founded Global Tourism Technologies and led development of an audio-guide app used at two museums in Bulgaria.
Earlier, I led BI teams and developed data warehouses, reporting, and mobile products, including HabitBull, which was acquired in 2017. I’ve worked across consulting, contracting, in-house leadership, and start-ups, and hold an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
