I reduced end-to-end ingestion latency from minutes to under 30 seconds and cut on-call incidents from 4–5 per week to 0–1.
I’ve led high-stakes platform readiness work, clearing a 300M–400M event backlog and raising throughput to around 120K events per minute. I also resolved an Aurora MySQL/InnoDB outbox issue consuming 16–20TB, preventing storage costs from growing by $200–$300 per day.
