At Cattle Care Inc., I ran day-to-day video data-labeling operations for computer-vision datasets, coordinating BPO teams in India, Pakistan and Kenya. I planned schedules, tracked throughput, checked quality and prepared status reports for clients and management.
I automated reporting across ~400 Google Sheets with Apps Script and Python, cutting report preparation from 30–60 minutes to 5–10 minutes. I also created scripts and a Telegram bot that reduced task assignment from 1–10 minutes to under a minute.
I took Grained, a B2B SaaS idea for international grain trade, to a working MVP, defining its deal workflow and building it solo with Python, Django, PostgreSQL and Docker. I’ve also built web applications and business automation for freelance clients, and managed export partnerships and freight forwarding operations at NovaService-Azov.
