At WORLD AGROFORESTRY (CIFOR – ICRAF), I’m designing and deploying CI-FR-AI, a production-ready serverless RAG system that lets users query proprietary research data securely, with end-to-end response times under four seconds.
I built a hybrid retrieval pipeline combining BM25 keyword search and dense semantic embeddings, improving domain-specific query precision by 35% compared with vector-only search. I also developed “The Sovereign Stack,” using ABAC and metadata-driven filtering to support data sovereignty and access control.
Earlier at WORLD AGROFORESTRY (CIFOR – ICRAF), I automated ICT reporting and developed Power BI dashboards; at SYMPHAFRESH LTD, I deployed a Tableau dashboard and optimized an order management system using Python and PostgreSQL. My work spans AI systems, analytics, and the infrastructure that supports them.
